Ann Ray
Ann is currently the Director of Fitness at the Entrada Sports and Fitness Center and has been a certified fitness professional for over 18 years.  Ann is an Evolutionary Fitness enthusiast and a Paleo Diet advocate. Ann especially enjoys all forms of exercise done in bare feet, whether it is yoga, dance, or Kettlebells; and loves hiking all over Southern Utah. She is ACSM CPT, ACE certified Fitness Instructor, Crossift Level 1, AEA, Nia Blue Belt, 200+ Hour Certified Yoga Instructor, Power Pilates and Physical Mind Institute Mat Certified, Power Pilates certified Apparatus instructor, and Johnny G certified Spinning instructor.

Ian White
Ian began his journey into Hatha Yoga at the age of 22 when he was experiencing major back and hip pain. After trying yoga, based on advice from his osteopath, the relief from the constant pain was amazing. Ian has studied many styles of yoga since 1989 and has been teaching Sivananda style since 1996. . Ian has led workshops all over the United States, Europe, South America, the Middle East and Japan as well as teaching at the Red Mountain Spa in Ivins, Utah.

Marium Kroft
Has over 30 years of experience as a fitness professional and is certified through IDEA. She has been an instructor here at Entrada Sports and Fitness Center since first opening in 2001. Marium is currently the Fitness Director at Green Valley Spa and teaches fitness classes through Dixie College Extension Center. Marium is a Power Pilates certified Mat and Apparatus Instructor and is available for private sessions. She specializes in body structure and nutrition counseling. Marium has vast experience in teaching all types of fitness classes including, aquacise, yoga, fitball, stretch and toning classes. Marium loves being outdoors with her husband and five children and grandchildren.

Master Gary Whitehead
From the time he was in high school Gary was interested in Martial Arts. He began studying martial arts seriously in March of 1992 from Master Cheng Tsang Lu in Salt Lake City where he studied Shaolin Kung Fu for 2 years before starting to study Old Long Yang Style Tai Chi along with the Kung Fu training. After studying for 3 years Master Lu had him start teaching Kung Fu. After studying Old Long Yang Style Tai Chi for 10 years Master Lu had him start teaching the Tai Chi form. Gary has been teaching both Kung Fu and Tai Chi since 2002. After completing a master's test in 2004, Master Lu gave him a Masters certificate in February of 2005. He is currently living in St. George and teaching Kung Fu and Tai Chi. He has been teaching at Dixie State University since January 2009 and is currently teaching 2 Tai Chi and 2 Kung Fu classes. He teaches early morning Tai Chi classes at 3 different locations before teaching classes at the University. Gary's wife helps him teach Tai Chi and they are teaching Tai Chi through the Community Education School.

Sharon Read 
Has 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. Her areas of expertise are kickboxing and body pump classes. Sharon has been an instructor at Green Valley Spa and is currently an instructor and Assistant Fitness Director at Desert Palms Health and Racquet Club as well as teaching here at Entrada. Sharon is an AFFA certified fitness instructor and personal trainer. She is very active and loves to hike, bike and run!

Cindy Boyce
Cindy was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. She graduated from BYU with a BA in Dance and has taught dance and fitness for 31 years, being Certified ACE fitness Professional for 25 years. Classes taught in past years include: dance fitness, cardio, strength, circuit, core conditioning, Pilates, spin, yoga/stretch, Water fitness, TRX, Tabata Training, Bosu, ballet barre, Zumba, and Melt. Cindy moved to Santa Clara Utah 13 years ago, Teaching at Entrada, Red Mountain Resort and Sand Hollow Aquatic Center. Cindy has been married to her sweetheart Chad, for over 30 years and has 4 adorable grandchildren. Her hobbies include teaching Fitness and Dance, swimming, boating, spending time with husband and an amazing family!!

Megan Young
Megan has taught Tappercize at Entrada since 2011. She earned her BA in Dance from Brigham Young University. Megan has taught several genres of dance to all ages across the state and currently is an Adjunct Dance Instructor at DSU. You may have also seen her tappin Tuacahn's 2013 production of "Thoroughly Modern Millie". Come try out a Tappercize class! We have so much fun, we don't even realize we're exercising!

Rob Davidson
Rob lives in St. George, UT. and is a recognized as one of the top players and instructors in pickleball. He is a full-time instructor and is one of the first instructors certified by the IPTPA.  Rob has won numerous tournaments as well as being a medalist in the US Open and USAPA National Championships. He is also a regular instructional writer for Pickleball Magazine.

Vickie Simmons
Vickie has been a certified Fitness Instructor since 2003. She graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Lifestyle Management with an emphasis on Fitness and Health. Vickie has four young kids that keep her very busy. When she’s not spending time with her family she can be found running, hiking, or biking. Vickie’s favorite part of being about teaching is helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Tiffanie Simpson
Tiffanie has worked in the spa industry for over 25 years starting as a bath attendant at Green Valley Spa. She did massage therapy at Green Valley Spa and at Red Mountain Spa and has now found her place here at Entrada. Her joy is working with people and helping them find their own unique therapy for comfort and healing.

Janene Borandi - Acupuncturist
Janene is a board-certified, Utah licensed acupuncturist. She began her clinical internship in 2012 and graduated from the Maryland University of Integrative Health in 2014 with a Master of Acupuncture degree. She worked in private practice in Maryland and DC until moving to St. George in December of 2016. Janene is a Certified Diplomat of Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She serves as the Vice President of the Utah Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and is a Certified Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation Specialist. Janene continues to educate herself about the various facets of both Eastern and Western medicine, and enjoys educating her patients about how acupuncture works. She believes an integrative approach to health and wellness offers the best possible outcome for her patients.
