MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATIONS

REGULAR EQUITY MEMBERSHIP

Initiation Fee - Call for Pricing
Monthly Dues - $754.00

The Regular Equity Membership is available to all property owners
 in Entrada. The membership has full access to the Club amenities
and has full voting rights. The membership is also subject to
assessments and either an annual or quarterly food minimum.

INVITATIONAL REGULAR EQUITY MEMBERSHIP

Initiation Fee - Call for Pricing
Monthly Dues - $754.00

The Invitational Regular Equity Membership is limited to 30 memberships and is available to non-property owners. The membership has full access to all Club amenities and has full voting rights. The membership is also subject to assessments and either an annual or quarterly food minimum. The membership can be called after seven years of issuance, determined by the Club's Board of Trustees.

 JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP
Initiation Fee - Not Available
Monthly Dues - $$$$

A limited number of Junior Memberships are available to those under the age of 45. Available to both property owners and non-property owners. The membership has access to all Club facilities. The membership is non-equity, has no voting rights and cannot be assessed. The membership is also subject to half of the required annual or quarterly food minimum.  

   

 ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
Initiation Fee - $0
Monthly Dues - $160.82

The Associate Membership is mandatory to property owners in the Entrada Property Owners Association ("EPOA"), Reserves Property Owners Association ("RPOA"), Lava Cove Property Owners Association ("LPOA") and Lava Falls Property Owners Association ("LVPOA"). The membership is non-equity, has no voting rights and cannot be assessed. The membership has unlimited use of the Sports and Fitness Center and is subject to either the annual or quarterly food minimum. 

 


SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP

Initiation Fee - $3000.00
Monthly Dues - $173.60

The Social Membership is available to owners in the Cliffs of Snow Canyon development only. The membership has a limit of seven unaccompanied rounds on the golf course at the applicable guest rate. The membership is non-equity and has no voting rights and cannot be assessed. The membership has unlimited use of the Sports and Fitness Center and is subject to either the annual or quarterly food minimum.
