Ember received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Exercise Science from Utah Tech University in May 2023. Ember is thrilled to begin her journey in the fitness industry here in the Entrada community. Ember grew up in St. George and enjoys the many outdoor activities Southern Utah has to offer. In her free time, Ember enjoys getting outside to mountain bike, rock climb, and hike with her family and friends. Ember’s goal is to customize your fitness experience and assist in creating lasting habits that support an active lifestyle.
